We’re always looking to help equip God’s people to do God’s work and use the gifts, abilities & resources that the Lord has given us individually to care for the needs of others.
The Lord has uniquely equipped each of us to serve in specific ways. “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we could walk in them.” (Ephesians 2:10)
Serve with us on LOVE CAPE DAY
LOVE Cape is our annual church-wide serve day. We serve in our community in a variety of ways:
- teams working alongside local mission partners
- doing community clean-up
- giving out free car washes to share the gospel
- and more!
Registration is required to participate. Projects are available for all ages and stages and we would love for your family to serve together! Some teams have limited spots available, sign up as early as possible to ensure there is space for your whole crew.
Serve with us on Easter Sunday
It takes many volunteers to make Easter Sunday happen and love our guests well! Guest Services greets every person that walks on our campus with a smile and ensures they know where they’re going. Kids Ministry runs activities for Birth – 5th grade, teaching everyone the love of Jesus, no matter their age.
Our 2025 Easter service times are:
Good Friday Service – April 18 at 7pm
Easter Sunday – 7am sunrise at Yacht Club, 10am in English, & 11:45 in Español
Serve in a First Cape Ministry!
Get in on what God is up to find a place to serve the Lord with our church family! In addition to the special teams below, there are many different areas where you can serve on a weekly/monthly basis in various ministries and with our local missions partners.
AVL
The ultimate behind-the-scenes team – you can run a camera, run lyrics for worship, help with lighting, mix sound, and more!
Worship
Singing, playing instruments, special productions – use your creative gifts and talents to serve the Lord and lead our church family in worshipping Him daily!
Kids
Help teach our kids the gospel! Love on babies in the nursery, lead kid’s worship, teach in a classroom – it takes our leaders to make Kid’s Ministry happen!
Guest Services
We want everyone who walks in the door to feel loved and welcome. Help greet, host first time guests, and get people connected with ways to be discipled and serve the kingdom!
Communications
Photography, videography, graphic design, creative storytelling, set design – help us share the stories of how God is working with our church family and the community around us!
Students
Lead a small group, serve at events, help with administrative tasks – you’ll never regret investing in the discipleship of the next generation!
